Celebrate!

  Hello

welcome to my little crafting place!

I've another of my May club projects for Spellbinders to share today and this time I'm using dies from the May Small Die of the Month

This time I'm sharing a card featuring the book and garuation cap dies from the May Small Die of the Month club. I wantef to try and echo the traditional after ceremony habit of everyone throwing their caps into the air

I started by making a sky-blue background using aone of my new favourite embossing folders with shades of blue ink and mousse, this piece was then matted onto a black card blank
Using the die set I put together 4 books using and the 'congrats' word for one of them.  The others I decorated with small swirl shaped punch outs and some washi tape
Th caps were then cut from black card with gold for the tassels. I arranged everything in place then glued down using some scraps of cardboard under the caps for a bit more dimension and added some gold stars in the ciorner to finish
