Thank you for popping in to my little crafting place!
Welcome to Whimsy Street, with its pretty pastel-coloured houses and very whimsical topiary trees, the sun always shines, and any clouds in the sky are definitely going to be pink!
I've found this new Whimsical Village collection designed by Vicky Papaioannou and available from Spellbinders utterly charming and full of inspiration
For this street scene I've used more of the Whimsical Houses I cut in the first batch (and I've still got some left!), this time I went with some pale pink houses trimmed in shades of aqua. All the card I've used is from the ColorWheel Cardstock Pack, including the card base and the pale est aqua colour used for the background. Which of course is embossed with the Whimsical Skies 3D Embossing Folder
The sun and clouds are made using the Village Companions die set as is the ginger cat, and I made the topiary trees from dies in the Whimsical Blooms set - they are meant to be flowers but its good to see things in a different way, isn't it!
