Santa Baby!

Hello

welcome to my little crafting place!

It's Spellbinders Club time again, and as it's July it must be Christmas. Obviously!

When did this Christmas in July thing become 'a thing'? 😵😵

Anyway, it does no harm and can be fun to make a few festive bits when the pressure is off and the enormity of the task can still be put off for a few months (well, in my case anyway!)

First up I've this card using the July's Small Die of the Month and Glimmer of the Month sets

The snowflake Glimmer of the month plate is just gorgeous!  I foiled some light grey card from the colourwheel collection (info below). with the silver foil that you'll also get in this club kit.  I decided to just use half of the resulting foiled piece on my card

In July's Small Die of the Month club set you'll get dies to make 3 super-cute character 'mugs'.  A reindeer, a penguin and this Father Christmas, plus the froth for the top of the mug and the handle.  Plus a couple of cute extras like the scarf, snowflake and a teeny heart. I'll share thoss other cuties later, but for now here's the Father Christmas mug which I've added to the card on a pop up hinge so he stands out from the card.

To finish I foiled one of the snowy sentiments from the Glimmer set, a snowflake from the Die set cut in silver glitter card and just one tiny red gem!

I've used card from the fabulous ColorWheel Cardstock Pack 8.5" x 11" for this card, plus silver glitter card from

Silver Assortment Treasured Cardstock collection for the buttons and snowflake
