Pile of Paper! Grab-bags on offer! + blog candy!

I've started sorting through my stash - I need to lose some clutter and make a bit of space.

Yesterday I actually managed to put away the contents of some of the pizza boxes that have been piling up - full of goodies, that haven't had a home found for them yet. The other thing I did - a job I've been meaning to do for ages - was to go through the box of 6x6 paper pads and packs. I was pretty ruthless and I now have this reject pile of mainly 6x6, mainly patterned papers which I'd like to offer in random grab-bags to anyone who wants to send me a large SAE - big enough to fit 6" square paper into and with a "fat" (large letter) stamp of course for filling!
I've got 12 piles of paper at least 35 sheets in each to give away (so far) so if you're interested, then please contact me so I can give you the info as to where to send your envelopes

In the piles are papers from Basic Grey, K&Co, 7 Gypsies, English Paper Company, Impress (US), DCWV, Making Memories and various others, including papers from the last couple of years of Self Addressed kits - the packs will, of course be completely random!

Oh - Tell you what - I'll give one of these away as blog candy - leave a message on this thread and I'll draw a winner at the end of this week

Stocked up on double-sided tape, some packs of notebooks in Poundland on Saturday and then espied these sets of mini drawers - they are perfect for those boxes and pillow-packs of Prima flowers, especially as you can remove the whole drawer for better rummaging through!
I got the 2 sets they had - just a shame they didn't have any more really,

Not a scrap (pardon the pun) of crafting got done yesterday - quite a bit of tidying and sorting (funny though how my desk is still a heap of mess) - instead we spent most of the day in the garden - it was a lovely day, bright and sunny - so we pruned, shredded, dug and planted until we were both exhausted!
ooooh and do we ache in places we didn't know we had places this morning! aaggghhh

Sounds like you have had a great clean out. Think I might need to do something like that here. Love the cards too - the card from Pearl really is gorgeous. I would have been thrilled too to receive a card like that.

Wow, how tidy are you then?! If you have spare energy, maybe you could come and do mine next time you're up this way ;o)

It's good to have a sort out once in a while (well, I always seem to be doing it!!)

These little sets of drawers from Poundland are fab! You can take the top off and stack them up too-I have squillions of them for storing my beads and jewellery.
Can't believe you have all that paper as surplus-are you sure you shouldn't keep it "just in case"? or am i just giving away my hoarding instincts!

You are far too tidy now Kathy! I will blog a photo of my drawers when I get round to it. ;-)

That Pounland DST is fab and oh so cheap. Our shop sells it in rolls of 3 and 4 packs - guess which one I choose to buy? LOL

OK Kathy, now I am VERY worried....

Charity shopping last week and NOW Poundland???!!! What happened to that really posh girl who owns her own champagne vines that I used to know???!!! *wink*

Am v jealous of all those lovely blooms, and I cannot believe you are admitting to having all that excess paper!! I take it that D doesn't read your blog then?? lol!

I think there must be something in the air for tidying at the moment have been doing the same myself....although I couldn't get myself to give away patterned paper no matter how old I do have an ARCHIVE box of card !!!

Oh and lovely though it is please don't include me in the blog candy - I have too much already!!!

Kathy, that looks fab. Count me in on the SAE and put me in the hat (odd picture in head now) for the blog candy. What do you think the postage is likely to be? You can PM me through Bubbly Funk or email via my website www.janicepattie.co.uk

Hi Kathy
I love your blog - so many gorgeous cards and so professionally made!

Can't believe you have so much paper to give away - don't know how you can bear to give it away - I always think I will use mine, but never do!

One can never have too much paper. Looks like you have a whole lot! Where do you store it all? Do you have a separate room for it? :)

I would SO send you an envelope, but I seem to be up to my eyeballs in paper myself! So I will just see if I win one!

WOW! That's quite the stack of paper you have there! I'd love a chance to win some, my stack is like 1/50th of that LOL. I'm really low in the patterned paper side of things and to win some would be awesome!

That is a very generous offer, thanks for a chance. It should come in handly for the winner. Paper is the main ingredient in cards or scrapbooking. LOL
