Yummy Scrummy Ribbon 1

Every coupke of months, Bea at Ribbon Oasis sends out little jiffy bags of gorgeous ribbon to members of her Design Team. It's always such a treat when they arrive as you never know what delights will be inside.
January's jiffy bag contained two little baggies of ribbony goodies.
In the first I found ribbon and trims with a theme of hearts - well it is nearly Valentines Day, isn't it?
Here's a card made with some of the romantic themed ribbon you can find at Ribbon Oasis:

I decided not to add a Valentine's greeting to this card, but leave it blank so that it could be used for other occasions too
I've covered the base card with patterned paper then cut another panel of card the same width but shorter and covered that with a second paper. I've used a chipboard heart as a pattern to cut an aperture in the smaller sized card piece then fixed it over the base card with 3d tape.
The chipboard birdies then sit over the aperture.
The papers are Bo Bunny
Chipboard Love Birds are Rif Raf
Ribbon and trim are from Ribbon Oasis
