Little pictures

 Hello

welcome to my little crafting place!

For this next set of Christmas cards I used a similar method to that in the last blogpost, but this time I've gone for coloured card blanks.  I forgot to order the same card in 'flat' sheets so had to sacrifice a couple of each colour to do the hot-foling for the backgrounds and sentiments.  However, that's not so bad as you can make quite a decent number of cards this way!

I love this deep teal coloured card, and how lush it looks when you add silver or gold!
The deep blue of the card below is almost purple and looks great with silver.
I used an old stars Glimmer plate for the Teal card above left and October's Glimmer of the Month club plate with gold for theteal card above right, and with silver foil on the blue one below
The houses, tiny trees and the sleigh are from a couple of Simon Hurley's Christmas die sets from 2024 and 2023 - all are still available (links below)
The sentiments of the three cards are from

I had a stroke of luck and found a pile of coloured cards I'd added Glimmer sentiments  directly  to last year, and I also unearthed quite a lot of leftover hot-foiled sentiments. So these red cards are some of these, with the same kind of focus pieces added to finish them off
