Hello Spring!

 It's a beautiful  morning here in Hertfordshire.  We have blue skies and bright sunshine, and it really lifts the spirits.  Mind you, I think some parts of the UK have snow, so it's not all good - but, hopefully it'll stay away from here!
With a bit of luck the sun will soon chase away all the nasty bugs that we've been  suffering from.  
Miri has chosen the perfect sunshiney arrangement for the Daring Cardmakers' March Elemental Inspiration Challenge:

It’s Miri here and I had enough of the cold and icy winter … I think it’s finally time for spring. So for the first Friday in March I picked this picture. The translation is "Hello Spring!"
  Use it as an inspiration for your card and pick at least three  elements from the picture that you would like to use: for example the colours, flowers/tulips, ribbon/string, lemons/fruit, big letters, wood, dishes, furniture …

OH is nursing his cold by working from home  - but spending a lot of time skype-conferencing.  For some reason he doesn't like the racket of my Silhouette or eBosser as a soundtrack to their discussions! Consequently my "noisy machine" crafting time was pretty restricted this week. 
A shame because I didn't have time to re-cut the lettering, which sort of fades into the card too much.
It would have looked better in a different colour, and I'd probably have gone back and tweaked my template to cut the letters fatter, maybe even layered them up for more impact.  But sometimes time is not your friend ;)
