A Whole Load of Balloons

Over on Get Funky! today - the challenge blog for the fabulous Funky Hand  -
 it's my turn to share my project for Allison's high flying challenge.

I still had some paper left over after I'd finished this card, so I made another one, this time using the Coloured Balloons (it's also available as a line drawing for you to colour in) digital image which is also from the Happy, Happy Birthday CD
