I've made another batch of blackberry muffins. Obviously I had to taste one to make sure they were ok.....
And there's still all those other ones to use up, plus all those still ripening up. I think I'll give Lythan's recipe a try at the weekend.

ReplyDeleteHi Kathy - lovely photo. We have (me & Cait) been picking blackberries from one of the back access roads near our station and made several pots of Jam now. So I think muffins might be next - although I shouldn't be eating them - maybe need to find a skinny minny recipe...
